Meet the team

Sarah Cary

Sarah graduated from King’s College London in 2005 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy and has practiced in both the NHS and private physiotherapy sectors for more than twenty years.

During this time, she has developed a special interest in Women’s Health and loves supporting women and their bodies through pregnancy, childbirth, menopause, pelvic surgery and even just everyday life! As a mum of three growing children herself, Sarah has experienced first-hand the ups and downs of motherhood and tries to bring empathy, understanding and compassion to her clinical practice. She is a Mummy MOT Practitioner, ScarWork therapist and has completed various POGP courses.
